Didn't fit. I bought these for walking through snow and slush in NYC, but the second they were on my feet they hurt. I think for my feet, the zipper was in the wrong place and caused pain immediately, and were so stiff I didn't think it was something I could work through. Oh well. Ended up with La Canadiennes.
Did aliens design this shoe? This is truly a weird shoe. I read the reviews before I ordered these, warning that this shoe is cute yet uncomfortable. I took my chances. The reason they're so weird is that it fits in the toes, and even goes to the extent of being a bit snug. Yet in the heel, there is an excessive amount of space and my feet tends to slip out of place with each step. If there was some way to adjust the fit, like with laces or velcro, or if the buttons were actually functional, it might just work. I even tried some insoles, but to no avail.

Descent Shoe - Good shoe. I wish Dr. Martens had a version of their regular oxford, but with ANSI rated steel toe protection. Just a personal preference of the look. It's a bit heavy, due to the steel toe of course. I haven't worn any other kind of ANSI rated steel toe protective shoe before, so I have no idea if it is the typical weight for such a shoe.
Delivery time was excellent. The shoe was just about all I expected except for the arch support, could be slightly more. Nothing else to say. Great service, and terms.
Del Mar Hush Puppies - A great sandal at a reasonable price. Looks good-feels good. For someone who uses inserts this is the sandal, because the insert doesn't move around in the shoe.
