A little big. I have to agree with a previous writer who stated in a size 5, the shoe is a half size too big. The heel definitely slips. I need to wear thick socks with these shoes. The shoes do offer a great deal of cushioning and are very comfortable. The red/burgundy color is very nice, more like an apple red.
