Dear Customer Service, I purchased a pair of sneakers for my grandson from you. I, at first, ordered them in a size 1, hoping that they would fit, although he needs a wide. (They only came in med.) When they came in in two days, they did not fit, so I had to send them back? no hassle. At the same time I downloaded the prepaid return label, I ordered the same shoe in size 1.5 hoping that 1/2 size larger would make it a little wider for him. The very next day, I received the new pair in the mail? wow, very fast shipping! They fit and he is very happy with them. Thank you for the great service and the extremely fast shipping.
