Best shoe ever - I have osteo-arthritis in both ankles and have very flat feet. I use orthotics and it is difficult to use them in most shoes because they do not fit tight. I also can use the Spira insoles with my orthotics rather than the thin pads provided for other shoes. The Spira Genesis II is the most comfortable shoe I have used in 3 years. I can walk almost pain free with these shoes whereas other shoes still caused my ankles, back and hips to feel sore. I HIGHLY recommend these shoes... look good, feel good, and make me feel good.
