A Lower Vamp would be better!! I love Cole Haan shoes however in the past decade they have gone to a higher vamp. If anyone at Cole Haan is listening PLEASE make this style of penny loafer in a lower vamp! (That goes for all Cole Haan loafers.) There are still many of us guys that like that style of loafer.
